Cancellation policy

For July - August, cancellation of any reservation must be made 14 days before the date of arrival. In this case, the deposit is returned in full and no extra charges are imposed. In the opposite case, a charge amounting to 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be imposed.

For all other months, cancellation of any reservation must be made 7 days before the date of arrival. In this case the deposit is returned in full and no extra charges are imposed. In the opposite case, a charge amounting to 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be imposed.

If payment is effected by credit card, the client must ensure their validity. In case these payments are not approved for whatever reason, then the reservation will not be valid and in this case the responsibility of the cancellation rests exclusively with the client.
